Friendship is one of the greatest pleasures that people can enjoy.
True friends can share our sadness and double our joy. What’s more 1 , they are always there to offer us advice, listen to our problems and try their best to give us a helping hand 2 .
It’s very important to choose friends wisely, and we should choose friends with good characters or the same interests.

I have a best friend named Lily. She is tall with long straight hair and big bright eyes.
She is always friendly to others. I’m as kind as her. Also, we are both quite curious about the world and like exploring new things together. However, there are some differences between us. She is much more outgoing than me.
