Dear Daisy,
I' ve read your email carefully and I completely understand how you feel. I have the same problem as you.Sometimes, I find myself watching a television show at home for hours instead of doing my work. It's so easy to get caught up in spending time on something unimportant.
One of the most important steps in fighting against procrastination is to make plans. Plan out what you need to do ahead of time. Another important way is to break down your work into smaller tasks. It's much easier to finish a small task successfully. Then focus on one task at a time. Last but not least, after you finish one task, you can take a break or give yourself a reward.
I hope my advice is helpful.
Yours,
Li Hui
