If you're feeling nervous, maybe before you sit a test or do something new,you can feel more confident by taking a power posture (姿势).Sit or stand up straight with both feet planted on the ground.Stretch (伸展) your arms out above your head.Keep your shoulders down and your head up to help you keep the confident feeling.Evans suggests doing a power posture for a few minutes before school.Notice how it makes you and how your mood changes and becomes more confident.
