Poor little Tom walks to the gates. He looks into the palace garden and watches the laughing prince (王子).
The prince looks like Tom. Suddenly, the soldier puts Tom onto the ground. The young prince, Edward, turns

Then the prince takes Tom into the palace and asks his servants (仆人) to bring Tom some food. As Tom

“Now I am the prince and you are a pauper,” Tom says to the prince.
Then Edward sees a cut on Tom’s hand.
“The soldier hurts you,” cries Edward. “Wait here! I will punish (惩罚) him.”
Edward runs out of the palace. He forgets about his clothes. He is wearing Tom’s dirty and old clothes. He
runs to the gates and shouts, “Open the gates!”

Flowers change the environment in many ways. They add beauty to our cities and villages, making them

Born in 1995 into a family of Tonghua porcelain (瓷器) craftsmen, Ye Hao naturally fell in love with this
art. He has kept practicing his skills for 10 years, bringing new life to it.
Seeing the number of people with Tonghua skills drop greatly in Chaozhou, Ye felt responsible (有责任)
for learning and protecting the art. Ye began learning it in high school, believing that every Tonghua porcelain
piece has a life of its own.
During a winter holiday, when Ye was practicing carving flowers with his grandpa, his grandpa tried to
