Cultural Notes
The three main classes for air travel are economy class, business class, and first class. These classes can go by different names depending upon the airline.
Economy class seats are typically sold at a steep discount. In many cases the airline may be losing money on the seat, but nevertheless it will sell the seat at a low price on the philosophy that it is better to get some money from the seat than to get no money at all. Other names for economy class include coach, tourist, or less commonly, standard, third class, or steerage.
Business class is a full-fare seat. Originally, business class offered the same kind of service that a standard ticket offered before airlines started offering economy class. However, many airlines have now started offering business class service that is as good, or nearly as good as, first class service. First class is exactly as the name implies: luxury travel at a high price.
A return ticket (British English) or a round-trip ticket (American English) refers to a ticket that both goes to the destination and returns home at a later date. Unless the air tickets are bought at a steep discount, the date of the return flight can often be changed quite easily with advanced notice, so it is possible to shorten or extend your trip. Return tickets are often offered at a discount, and at times may be almost as cheap as a one-way ticket.
A high chair is a chair for a young child, so that the child can sit at the table and eat with the adults. Many restaurants do not have high chairs but use booster seats instead. A booster seat is a seat that fits on a normal chair, but lifts the seat higher so that a child can use it and eat at the table comfortably.
The names and dimensions of bed sizes can vary depending upon the country and company that made the mattress. However, generally, they are:
Single: 99 cm*91 cm
Double: 137 cm*191 cm
Queen: 152 cm*203 cm
King: 193 cm*203 cm
While in North America, hotel fees are charged by the room, in some countries fees are charged by the person. This is true of older hotels in the UK, and most hotels in Japan.
A: Happy Hotel. How can I help you

A: There is free WiFi throughout the hotel for guests, and we also have computers and Internet in our business centre where you can use at no extra charge. May I have your name, sir
