教学目标
1.运用食物词汇、短语谈论食物及其所带来的感受。2.通过学习获取并梳理食物与情感、健康和文化的多维度关系。
教学内容
教学重点:1.学生掌握与食物相关的词汇,如“pizza”“hamburger”“sushi""fish and chips" “signature dishes"等,以及相美的描述性表达,能运用这些词汇和表达完成围片与单调匹配、描述食物等练习(语言知识)2.引导学生通过观察食物图片和阅读相关问题,准确获取食物信息和招牌菜的概念,提升观察和信息获取能力;通过问答、文流对食物及招牌菜的看法,锻炼口语表达能力,能用英语清晰阐述对不同食物和招牌荣的认知(语言技能)让学生了解不同国家的特色食物及其背后的文化,通过对招牌菜的讨论,培养跨文化意识,能够用英语简单表达对不同文化中食物的理解和尊重(文化意识)。教学难点: 1. 学生在运用食物相关词汇和表达进行交流时,可能出现词汇混淆、表这不准确的情况,尤共在描述招牌菜的特点和文化内涵时,难以用丰富、恰当的语言进行表达(语言知识运用)。2.从对困片中食物和招牌菜的学习,延伸到对不同国家饮食文化差异的深入理解,需要学生具备一定的文化背景知识和思维能力,部分学生可能难以建立文化联系,无法全面、深刻地体会饮食文化背后的意义(文化意识培养)。
解读学生
学情分析 1. 知识基础:学生已经学习了food,vegetable,fruit,fruit, meat, cake, eat, drink, cook等词汇以及常用句型,他们能够理解语篇中的常见词汇以及句子;2.语言技能:学生对于一些较复杂的句子和词汇,如Where do they come from What is a signature dish What do you think of… 等句子,可能运用起来有困难。3.学习兴趣与态度:学生对与日常生活紧密相关的食物话题兴趣浓厚,容易被语篇内容吸引。但在学习过程中,部分学生主动探究意识不足,依赖教师讲解,缺乏独立思考和自主学习能力,遇到理解困难时容易产生畏难情绪。
