Self-reflection is like a mirror that helps us see ourselves clearly. It is very important for us teenagers.
In my study, self-reflection helps me a lot. Once I got a low score in math. I was sad, but I didn’t just cry over it. I sat down and thought about what I did wrong. I found that I didn’t understand some key points. So I asked my teacher for help and did more exercises. After that, my math improved.
I am good at running. To keep this advantage, I make sure to exercise regularly. I run every morning and take part in running competitions.
However, I am not good at doing housework. Sometimes I even make a mess in the kitchen. To change this, I decided to learn from my mom. She taught me how to cook simple dishes and clean the rooms. Now I am getting better at it.
