A wellness book is a book in which a group of people exchange ideas about health and fitness. You are encouraged to write an article sharing your ideas involving how to keep healthy physically and mentally.
She was worried about her weight and appearance.
It means she nearly went crazy because she was so worried, and tried various methods.
An article that said instead of asking “Am I fat ” people should be asking “Am I fit ”

Step 4 Writing
I used to eat junk food like burgers and fried chickens. I was not as healthy as before. So I decided to change.
Then my friend told me to have a balanced diet instead of fast food . At the same time, I did exercise regularly. I chose to run every day with my friends rather than running alone, which was interesting.
Now, by running for a month I become more strong and confident than before.
