表示位置的介词短语：
The restrooms are between the bank and the supermarket.
The bookstore is beside / next to the post office.
There's a cafe across from the park. / There's a cafe opposite the park.
The hotel is behind the train station.
The bus stop is in front of the school gate.
指路常用句式：
Go along/down Main Street until you see the park.
Turn left/right at the first traffic lights / at the corner.
Go past the bank.
It's on your left/right.
You can't miss it. (你不会错过的。)
Take the escalator to the second floor.
花费时间：It takes (sb.) + 时间 + to do sth.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk there.
It took me half an hour to find the place.
4. 重点句式与表达：
宾语从句是核心语法： 当疑问句（特殊疑问句或一般疑问句）作为动词（如 tell, know, ask, wonder, see）的宾语时，必须用宾语从句结构。
特殊疑问句变宾语从句： 保留原疑问词 (where, when, how, what, who等)，后面句子用陈述语序 (主语+谓语)。 (Where is it -> Do you know where it is )
一般疑问句变宾语从句： 用 if 或 whether 引导，后面句子用陈述语序。(Is it open -> Could you tell me if/whether it is open )
Excuse me 用于礼貌地打断别人、引起注意或询问陌生人。
Pardon / I beg your pardon / Sorry 用于没听清，请求对方重复。
Could/Would you please... 比 Can you... 更礼貌、更正式。
Be convenient for sb. (to do sth.) 表示“（对某人来说）（做某事）方便”。
Look forward to (doing) sth. 中的 to 是介词，后面接名词或动名词 (doing)。
区分 in front of (在外部的前面) 和 in the front of (在内部的前面，如教室、汽车的前部)。
描述位置时，between 用于两者之间，among 用于三者或三者以上之间（但本单元重点在between）。
On the way to... 后接地点名词 (on the way to school)，接副词时省略to (on the way home)。
礼貌请求和指路用语是本单元最重要的交际功能。
