First, the North Wind blew hard. The man felt cold and held his coat tighter. The Wind blew stronger, but the man didn’t take off his coat.
Then the Sun shined warmly. The man got hot and took off his coat.
The Sun won. This story teaches that being kind and gentle is better than using force.

The Ant and the Grasshopper
