一 动词及基本句型(二)
考点1 主语+ 谓语+ 间接宾语+ 直接宾语(S+V+IO+DO)
一些及物动词(如give, pass, show, send, bring, tell, teach, buy, lend 等)可以接双宾语。一个是指物的直接宾语,另一个是指人的间接宾语。通常情况下,间接宾语在前,直接宾语在后。当间接宾语放在直接宾语之后时,要加介词to 或for。
· He bought you a dictionary.=He bought a dictionary for you.
他给你买了一本词典。
· My friend gave me an apple.=My friend gave an apple to me.
我的朋友给了我一个苹果。
注意:能与to 搭配的动词有bring, feed, give, hand, lend, offer, pass, pay, post, read, sell, send, show, take, teach, tell, write 等。能与for 搭配的动词有bring, build, buy, cook, find, get, leave, make, order, save 等。
考点 2 主语+ 谓语+ 宾语+ 宾语补足语(S+V+O+C)
该句型中的谓语由可接宾语补足语(简称宾补)的及物动词充当,宾语和其补足语一起构成复合宾语。若无宾语补足语,则句意不完整。能充当宾语补足语的有名词、形容词、副词、介词短语、不定式(短语)和分词(短语)。
· They usually call the baby Dick. 他们通常叫那个婴儿迪克。
(名词作宾补)
· I find maths very difficult. 我发现数学很难。(形容词作宾补)
·He told me to visit there. 他告诉我去那里参观。(不定式作宾补)
·Don’t keep me waiting too long. 不要让我等太久。(现在分词作宾补)

考点 1 并列连词and
and 意为“ 和,又”,表达并列关系,连接单词、短语或句子。
·The students and the teachers are planting trees on the hill.
学生们和老师们正在山上种树。

沿着这条街走,你就会找到图书馆。
二 并列连词and、but、or 和so
考点 2 并列连词but
but 意为“ 但是”,表达转折关系,所连接的成分意思往往相反或相对。
·Ryan is wise but careless. 赖安是一个聪明但粗心的人。
·I want to help you, but I really don’t know what to do.
我想帮你,但我真的不知道该做些什么。
考点 3 并列连词or
or 意为“或者”,表达选择关系。

注意:在否定句中并列成分通常用or 连接,而不用and。
·I don’t like maths or science.

考点 4 并列连词so
so 意为“因此,所以”,表达因果关系,常用来连接两个简单句。
· It began to rain, so we had to stay here.
开始下雨了,因此我们不得不待在这儿。
· I thought you might like this book, so I sent it to you.
我想你或许喜欢这本书,所以我给你寄过去了。
注意:并列连词so 和从属连词because 不能一起使用。
