亚历山大花园”(Alexander Garden)，是克里姆林宫红墙外的一个长方形公园，由上园、中园和下园三部分组成，总长度约 904 米，宽约 150 米。花园始建于 1821 年，是以沙皇亚历山大一世的名字命名的皇家花园 。
雕像基座的侧面有浮雕，一面展现的是 1813 年 10 月 4 - 7 日莱比锡郊外战役场景，另一面呈现的是 1814 年 3 月 19 日胜利者亚历山大一世进入巴黎的画面。
