1.通知的内容要齐全。通知的对象、事件、目的、事件、地点等一定要明确。
2.通知的时态要正确。通知是告知未来要做的事情,因此一般采用将来时态讲行写作。

Notice
In order to encourage students to enhance the meaning of campus cultural activities by means of new media and cultivate the spirit of teamwork, the Student Union is scheduled to hold a microfilm competition themed with "My Campus, My Youth".
It is a must to be original for each video work, which is limited to no more than 10 minutes, with opening, ending and subtitles. Activities, ranging from school cultural and sports to voluntary service, are preferable. The video may as well be shot based on real people and events, telling youth stories in the campus, and reflecting the positive spirit of contemporary high school students.
If interested, please email your works to studentunion@ by the end of next month. Looking forward to your active participation.
