3. Roads, villages and towns and many facilities will be destroyed, thus the country will suffer a heavy economic loss.
Now, summer is coming, flood is the most likely to occur in Dao County.

Stay informed – Listen to the weather news.
Prepare an emergency kit – Pack water, food, medicine, flashlight, and important papers.
Move to higher ground – If you live in a low area, go to a safer place.
Store clean water – Fill bottles and bathtubs in case water supply is cut off.
Stay inside – Don’t go outside unless necessary.
Avoid floodwater – It may be deep, dirty, or moving fast.
Turn off power – If safe to do so, switch off electricity to avoid shocks.
Move to higher places – Go upstairs or onto the roof if water rises.
Call for help – If trapped, call emergency services and signal for help.
Wait for safety – Don’t return home until officials say it is safe.
Check for dangers – Watch out for weak buildings, snakes, and dirty water.
Boil water before drinking – Floodwater can make water unsafe.
Help others – Support family, neighbors, and pets.
