Welcome to Joy Restaurant!
In the first lesson, we learn how to design a menu. Let’s design a weekly menu for our restaurant.
What should we pay attention to( 注意 )
It should be in line with( 符合 ) the dining values( 饮食理念)of our restaurant.
Which one can be the dining values( 饮食理念)of our restaurant
A. Eat healthy food and have good eating habits.
B. Eat what we like.
C. Eat diet meals(节食餐)and eat two meals a day.

Fourth layer: Dairy and soy products

Divide the class into seven groups, and each group makes one day’s menu.

菜品策划员为主导,组员共同讨论,选择符合餐厅理念的一日三餐菜品
整理每道菜的食材,用英语标注,其他组员协助补充词汇(不会的单词可以查词典)
结合实际生活,合理定价并标注(组员讨论是否需要套餐优惠)
负责手绘设计,可添加食物简笔画、彩色边框,其他组员提供创意想法。
检查语言错误(如拼写、价格漏标),与其他组交换菜单,并根据反馈修改
时间分配:建议每组15-20分钟完成设计,5分钟交换修改
语言要求:必须使用英语表述食材和价格。

Step5- Polish the menu
Swap your menu with another group. Use the following points to check your menu and make revisions.

Work with a partner from a different group. Role-play ordering food at our restaurant. Remember to use the staff service phrase guide(员工服务用语指南) from lesson two.
