英语句子中为避免头重脚轻，常用it作形式主语，

主语从句中的虚拟语气
It+be+名词/形容词/过去分词+that从句
当表示建议，命令，请求等词时，谓语要用虚拟语气“should+do”,should可省略。

eg: It is important that we(should) learn English well.
