一、教学内容分析
本课时为语法课，主要内容是一般过去时的理解和应用。通过本课时的学习，学生能够归纳一般过去时的基本结构、表意功能和用法，并正确使用一般过去时来介绍过去的事件、经历和情感态度，提升交际能力和语言表达能力。
二、学情分析
七年级学生在学习一般过去时的时候，既有一定优势，也面临一些挑战。他们此前积累了一定英语基础，对常见词汇和简单句型有一定认知，这便于理解一般过去时概念。但该时态的构成和用法较复杂，他们容易混淆。动词过去式规则变化加“-ed”，但很多不规则变化需特殊记忆，像“go - went”“do - did”，容易记错。在句式转换时，一般疑问句要借助“did”，动词还原；否定句加“didn’t” ，这对学生来说也有难度，需要通过大量练习强化理解和运用。
三、教学目标
通过本节课的学习，学生能够： 1. 识别一般过去时的动词和时间标志词； 2. 梳理和归纳一般过去时的基本结构、表意功能和用法； 3. 正确使用一般过去时询问和描述过去的事件、经历和情感态度。

五、教学活动设计
环节一：玩游戏，导入新课。（5 mins） 教师引导学生观察图片和提示，猜测老师上周末去了什么地方，从事了什么活动。
