Electricity is like a magic helper in our lives. We use it every day, even though we can’t see it.
In the morning, electricity makes our alarms ring. It lights up our homes so we can get ready for school. The refrigerator uses electricity to keep food fresh, and the microwave heats breakfast quickly. At school, electricity powers lights, fans, and computers. After school, we watch TV, charge phones, or study under electric lamps. Even hospitals and traffic lights need electricity to work.
Without electricity, life would be hard. Nights would be dark. Phones wouldn’t work, and food would go bad. We couldn’t use fans on hot days or use computers for learning. Electricity connects us, too—we can talk to friends online.
We must save electricity. Turn off lights when leaving a room and unplug unused devices. Let’s use this “magic helper” wisely to keep our lives bright and happy!
