“Cooking is love made visible.” That is what my grandmother always told me. Thanks to her, l love cooking. It’s a great way for me to share my love with others. Every time l sit at the table, after cooking for my family, we create memories. The smells and the food’s taste, along with our conversations, connect us to each other. What wonderful memories I have!

My Favourite Dish: Guoqiao Rice Noodles

The husband studied on an island far from
his home. When his wife went a long way to
send meals, the food always got cold. One
day, the wife boiled some chicken soup and
used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate. She put the ingredients into the soup when she reached the island, and she found everything still hot. The Guoqiao Rice Noodles was born!
