She has difficulty with spelling.她在拼写方面有困难。

【辨析】difficulty、problem与trouble
difficulty 强调“困难本身”或“需要努力解决的问题”(如学习困难、生活难题) She had great difficulty(in) understanding the maths problem.她理解这道数学题有很大困难。
problem 指“需要解决的具体问题”(如数学题、机器故障) Let me know if you have any problems.
你若有困难就告诉我。
trouble 更口语化,常指“麻烦或困境” He could make trouble for me if he wanted
to.他要是想找麻烦就能给我找麻烦。

seriously作副词,意为“严肃地;认真地”。take ... seriously意为“认真对待……”。

【拓展】seriously 的形容词形式为serious,意为“严肃的;认真的”。be serious about意为“对……认真”。
