My eating habits
Having good eating habits is good for our health.

However, I also have some bad eating habits. First, I eat many snacks between meals. That makes me put on weight. Second, I like eating late at night. This can cause sleep problems.
To improve my eating habits, I will eat fewer snacks, and I will have three meals on time. You are what you eat. I hope to become healthier than before.
