本句中的“It is ... that ...”是强调句型，强调的是句子的主语。
(1)强调句的基本句型是“It is/was＋被强调部分＋that/who＋句子其他部分”。
(2)强调句的一般疑问句是将is/was提前，即：“Is/Was it＋被强调部分＋that＋句子其他部分？”。
(3)强调句的特殊疑问句形式是“特殊疑问词(被强调部分)＋is/was＋it＋that＋句子其他部分？”。(4)not ... until ...结构在强调句型中的运用：until引导的时间状语从句可以用在强调句型中，其结构为“It is/was not until＋被强调部分＋that＋句子其他部分”。
注意：强调句型的判断方法：把it is/was及that/who去掉，依然是一个完整的句子；否则，就不是强调句型。试比较：
It was in the park that I lost my cell phone. (强调句型)
It was the park where I lost my cell phone. (where引导的定语从句)
