一、基本概念
形容词的比较级用于比较两个人或事物的性质、程度或数量差异。
基本结构：A + be + 形容词比较级 + than + B（A比B更...）
二、形容词比较级的构成
1. 规则变化
构成规则 原级 比较级 例句
一般单音节词 + -er tall taller Tom is taller than Mike.
以e结尾 + -r nice nicer This dress is nicer than that one.
辅音+y结尾 → 变y为i + -er happy happier She looks happier today.
重读闭音节（辅+元+辅）→ 双写末尾辅音 + -er big bigger This box is bigger than that one.
多音节词（≥3音节）→ more + 原级 beautiful more beautiful This park is more beautiful than that one.
2. 不规则变化

三、比较级的用法
1. 基本句型
A + be + 比较级 + than + B
This movie is more interesting than that one.
My room is cleaner than yours.
Which is + 比较级, A or B （A和B哪个更...？）
Which is heavier, the elephant or the tiger
2. 比较级的修饰词
可在比较级前加以下词表示程度：
much/a lot/far（...得多）
This book is much more useful.
a little/slightly（稍微...）
Today is a little colder than yesterday.
3. 比较对象的对等性
比较对象必须一致：
My hair is longer than my sister.
My hair is longer than my sister's.
四、易错点突破
1、双音节词的特殊情况
以-y, -er, -ow, -le结尾的双音节词通常加-er：
happy → happier
clever → cleverer
其他双音节词多用more：
modern → more modern
2、避免重复比较
This one is more better.
This one is better.
3、than后接代词的形式
口语中常用宾格：
She is taller than me.
正式用语用主格+动词：
She is taller than I (am).
