现在完成时连接过去与现在，表示：
已完成动作对现在的影响
持续状态从过去延续至今

二、结构公式
句式 结构 例句
肯定句 主语 + have/has + 过去分词 I have seen that movie.
否定句 主语 + haven't/hasn't + 过去分词 She hasn't finished her work.
疑问句 Have/Has + 主语 + 过去分词 Have you eaten breakfast
注意：
第三人称单数用 has（he/she/it）
规则动词：V-ed（played, worked）
不规则动词需单独记忆（go→gone, see→seen）
三、四大核心用法
1. 已完成经历（Ever/Never）
Have you ever been to Beijing
I have never tried sushi.
2. 刚刚完成的动作（Just/Already）
She has just left.（刚离开，现在不在）
We have already had lunch.（现在不饿）
3. 持续状态（For/Since）
They have lived here for 10 years.（仍住在这里）
I have known her since 2020.（至今仍认识）
4. 重复动作（Several times）
He has visited Paris three times.
四、标志性时间状语
类型 关键词 例句
不确定时间 already, just, yet, recently I have already done it.
经历询问 ever, never, before Have you ever ridden a horse
持续时长 for + 时间段, since + 时间点 She has worked here since 2018.
次数统计 once, twice, ...times We have met twice this month.
禁区警示：
不能与明确过去时间连用（yesterday, last week）
正确：I have finished my homework.（未说何时完成）
错误：I have finished my homework yesterday.

1. 延续性 vs. 非延续性动词

转换技巧：
buy → have, die → be dead, come → be here
2. have been to vs. have gone to
表达 含义 例句
have been to 曾去过（已回） She has been to Tokyo.
have gone to 已去某地（未回） Tom has gone to London.
3. 与一般过去时对比
现在完成时 一般过去时
强调现在影响 仅说明过去
I have lost my keys.（现在找不到） I lost my keys yesterday.（仅陈述事实）

for接时间段，since跟时间点，
