Ideas for your thought
The Mid-Autumn Festival takes place in September or October every year. It’s a festival in China and many other Asian countries. I always spend the Mid-Autumn Festival with my family. We always have moon cakes. This year, my family is going to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in a different way. We are not going to buy moon cakes. We’ll make them by ourselves. For me, the festival means family reunion and joy. However, for some people, like doctors and police officers, it means more work. Thanks to them, we can enjoy ourselves during festivals.
Step 3
Group work: Make a poster about a festival or holiday.
Practise and present your poster to the class.
