    In the past, I often stayed up late and took little physical exercise. As a result, I became too fat and often fell ill.  
 Later I made up my mind to change my unhealthy lifestyle. Not only did I begin to keep a balanced diet,but I also took an active part in various sports activities. What’s more, I developed the habit of going to bed early and getting up early. With two months passing, I regained my health. 
 I suggest you get out of your unhealthy living habits as soon as possible, because nothing is more important than health.
