Dear teachers and classmates,
I've changed a lot since junior high. I was once last studying, but now I'm more self-motivated.
My math teacher helped me most. When I was confused by problems, he always explained patiently until I understood.
My parents advised me to be honest and keep learning new things.
After graduation, I'll go to senior high school. I look forward to meeting new friends there and exploring more knowledge.
Thank you

The most important thing I've learned in junior high school is the spirit of perseverance. There were many difficult courses and challenging tasks. For example, when dealing with complex math problems, I used to want to give up easily. But gradually, I learned to keep trying different methods and not be defeated by difficulties. This spirit has not only helped me in my studies but will also benefit me in the future.
The most important lesson from junior high is the value of friendship. I met many great classmates here. We supported each other during tough times, shared joys and sorrows, and grew together. These friendships taught me how to communicate, understand, and care for others, which is an essential part of my life.

I remember meeting all of you when you were just starting Grade 7 at this school.
But today I see a room full of talented young adults who are full of hope for the future.
You've all grown up so much and I'm so proud of you.

My English teacher, Ms. Li. In the first English class of junior high school, in our classroom. I was a bit nervous, but her warm smile made me feel at ease. She encouraged me to speak English in class, corrected my pronunciation patiently, and recommended many interesting English bookd. Her guidance improved my English level greatly and inspired my interest in your life. Now I plan to major iin English in college.
The school sports meeting un the second year of junior high school. In autumn, on the school playground. Excited and a bit nervous, especially when I took part in the 800-meter race. I didn't give up even when I was tired, and finally finished the race. My classmates cheered for me. This experience taught me the spirit of perseverance. Now, wherever I face difficulties, I think of that race and keep going.

The one person from my junior high schooldays that I will never forget is Mrs. Wong, my English teacher in Grade 7.
When I first started Grade 7, I was shy and did not dare to speak to anyone. My English was not good and I felt nervous when I had to answer questions in class. I would havve problems speaking even though I knew the answer. I felt quite unhappy with myself.
One day Mrs. Wong spoke to me after class. She encouraged mt to speak slowly. She also told me that she believed I could speak well if I practised more. I was touched by what she said and it made me work harder on speaking skills.
Mrs. Wong continued to encourage me and I became even more confident. I improved so much that I won an English speech conrest that year! I will always be thankful to Mrs. Wong for her advice and support.

I was happy when our math teacher praised me and I worked harder than before.
I felt worried when our teacher told us that she was giving us a surprise test.
I was sad when I had a fight with my best friend and we didn't talk to each other for a week.
I was tired after staying up late at night to study.
I felt proud when our class won the first prize in the school sports meet.
I felt shy on the first day of Grade 7 and did not dare to talk to anyone.
