一、审题定调
本写作要求写求职信，体裁是应用文。求职信的目的是让对方了解自己并录用自己。本信件属于正式的信件，因此应该使用正式规范的语言。人称以第一人称为主，时态以一般现在时为主。
二、谋篇布局
求职信的格式和普通信件一样，通常包括以下几个部分：信头、称呼、正文、结束语和署名。
正文可分为三部分：
第一部分：写信目的（说明信息来源并表明求职心意）；
第二部分：自我介绍（基本信息及个人优势）；
这部分是重点，要积累和背诵有关个人品质的英语
表达 (书信的第2~3段)，要有描述及例证。
第三部分：总结全文（表达感谢或希望得到回复或面试机会）。

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Li Hua, an exchange student from China during this summer vacation. Delighted to learn that volunteer students are wanted for a Chinese painting exhibition to be held in the local art gallery, I’m writing to apply for the position.
The reasons for my application are as follows. First of all, since I have been learning English since a young age, I can communicate fluently with others in English. What’s more, years of being monitor makes me a brilliant organizer, which will help a lot to keep the exhibition in order. The most important factor is that as a Chinese painting learner for ten years, I will undoubtedly help the audience learn more about the unique Chinese art form.
All in all, my sense of responsibility will make me a qualified volunteer. I’d appreciate it if you could take my application into consideration.
