Possible answer:
Before smartphones, people used to rely on landline phones and letters, which was slow and inconvenient. For example, if someone wanted to contact a friend far away, they had to wait days or even weeks for a reply. However, after smartphones were introduced, communication became instant and effortless. Now, people can send messages, make video calls, and share updates in seconds. While this has made life more efficient, some argue that smartphones reduce face-to-face interaction and create dependency.
