在西方国家,一般不对陌生人询问年龄,会被认为是不礼貌的行为。因为年龄属于个人隐私,不能随便询问。但如果是熟人之间,则可以相互询问年龄。
而在我们国家,相互询问年龄是很普通的问题。我们可以通过对方的年龄,从而决定我们对别人的称呼,如:哥哥,姐姐,叔叔,婆婆,阿姨,爷爷等,以表达我们的敬意!

新 课 呈 现 Sarah introduces her brother for us. Xinxin asks Sam’s age: how old are you I am…..years old. Practice the sentence pattern: how old are you I am……years old. Pair-work: 1. Work in pairs. 2 ask and answer. 3. Help each other 4. Show.
