定义：邀请信是邀请亲朋好友或知名人士、专家等参加某项活动时所发的邀约性书信。要求叙事一定要清楚、明白，要写清楚以下三个方面的内容：
结构：

Knowing/Learning that you show great interest in……I’m writing to you with the purpose of inviting you to take part in it. (I’m writing to invite you to take part in it.) Some details are as follows.
知道/得知你对......表现出极大的兴趣，我写信给你的目的是邀请你参加。（我写信是想邀请你参加。）具体情况如下。
第二段：活动的时间；地点；内容；人员；活动方式；目的及意义
参考活动/报道模板，注意时态改为一般将来时
First and foremost, in order to encourage students to……, our school will organize/hold an activity whose theme is……in the school hall(地点）on July 17th（时间）.
首先，为了鼓励学生......，我们学校将于7月17日在学校大厅组织/举办一个主题为......的活动。
In addition, all the students and teachers will gather to enjoy……(All the students as well as their parents will attend it). It will take place at our school hall and last two hours.
