When we introduce two people to each other, we usually introduce the younger to the elder first.

(2) 在介绍两个人互相认识时，通常遵循的顺序是先将男士介绍给女士，将晚辈介绍给长辈，将职位低者介绍给职位高者。
3. Sport helps me stay healthy and happy. 运动帮助我保持健康和愉悦。
(1) help sb. (to) do sth. 帮助某人做某事
e.g. Many people enjoy helping others solve problems.
许多人喜欢帮助他人解决问题。

stay healthy “保持健康”，相当于keep healthy。
