二、基本教学设计(体现“教学内容整体把握”)
1. 教学探究流程

Step1: Review and Lead-in
1. Use the PPT to display the key vocabulary and phrases learned in the previous lesson. Conduct Q&A or play a vocabulary-chain game to help students review and consolidate.
2. Ask students about the content related to future technology and jobs discussed in the previous lesson. Justification:
Try to use different ways to make students interested.
Step2: Project – Creating a Picture about the Future
1. Group Discussion(4a): Divide students into groups. Each group discusses what their city will be like in the future. Guide students to think from aspects such as population, city buildings, transportation, weekend activities, and environmental conditions. Each group records the discussion results on blank cards. The teacher walks around each group, participates in the discussion, and provides necessary guidance and inspiration.
2. Drawing Pictures(4c): Each group selects the most likely predictions according to the discussion results and draws relevant pictures. Encourage students to give full play to their creativity and vividly show the future appearance of the city with colors and graphics. The teacher reminds students to mark some English explanations in the pictures and use the learned vocabulary and sentence patterns. Justification:
Teachers should walk around efficiently and try to give hints.
Step3: Presentation and Sharing(4d): Each group selects a representative to present the group-drawn picture to the whole class and introduce the future predictions expressed in the picture. Other groups listen carefully, guess the predictions in the picture, and ask students and give suggestions. The teacher evaluates the presentations of each group, affirms students’ creativity and efforts, and at the same time guides students to think about how to further improve their imagination. Justification:
Make students get involved in the presentation as much as possible.
