You must drink 8 glasses of water every day.
It depends.
The amount of water people need is different. It depends on many things. Like your age, how much you weigh, and how active you are. If you exercise a lot or it's very hot, you need to drink more water. And some foods, like fruits and vegetables, have water in them. So you don't always have to drink eight glasses of water every day.

It’s OK to eat lots of sugar-free foods.
“Sugar-free” foods aren’t truly sugar-free.
They may have sugar alcohols (糖醇)that can change blood sugar. And they often have lots of fat or calories. Eating too much can make you gain weight. Also, overeating any food is bad for your health. So don’t eat too many sugar-free foods.
