The Tomatina Festival
The Tomatina Festival is one of the most exciting and unique festivals in Spain. It takes place on the last Wednesday of August every year in a small town called Bu ol.
During the festival, thousands of people gather in the town's main square. Trucks carry in over 100 tons of ripe tomatoes. At exactly 11:00 am, the signal is given, and the tomato fight begins!
