Guoqiao Rice Noodles

Introduction
Can you say the origin(起源) of Guoqiao Rice Noodles
In the Qing Dynasty, there was a scholar in Mengzi County, Yunnan, who studied on a small island in a lake.
His wife sent him meals every day, but the food was often cold by the time she crossed the bridge to deliver it.
One day, his wife stewed chicken soup and found that the layer of oil on the surface could keep the soup warm.
She then put raw rice noodles, slices of meat, and other ingredients into the hot soup to cook them, so the meal remained hot.
People thought this way of eating was wonderful, and since delivering the meal required crossing a bridge, it was named "Cross-bridge Rice Noodles."

Long ago, there was a couple living in Yunnan Province, China. The husband studied on an island far from his home. When his wife went a long way to send meals, the food always got cold. One day, the wife boiled some chicken soup and used a large pot to keep it warm. And she kept the ingredients separate. She put the ingredients into the soup when she reached the island, and she found everything still hot. The Guoqiao Rice Noodles was born!
