Recently，a survey has been conducted into the time spent on social media among 2，000 junior students in our area．
As can be easily seen from the chart，most students interviewed，as many as 30%，use social media for about 10 hours per week while half of the students prefer to spend about 5 hours on social media．Those who look through social media for at least 15 hours per week and for less than 2 hours per week both account for 10%．All in all，these data show that students spend more time on social media in their free time．
In my opinion，students should spend more time on their study and outdoor activities rather than on the social media．We should take effective measures to control our Internet time．
