如何写读后感

一、基本框架
开头：概括阅读内容。在读后感的开头应该向读者指明所读的书、文章等。
主体：写体会。选择一个比较重要的方面，阐述自己的看法。我们可以通过联系自己的生活实际或者社会实际来论证这一看法，在选取事例时要注意针对性和说服力。
结尾：总结。对前面的感想以及论证进行总结，要有效地呼应标题和感想。
二、常用表达
(一)开头部分常用表达

Climbing, I once thought, was a very manly activity, but as I found my way into this activity, I came to see that something quite different happens on the rock．

My leap happened when I worked for the Cairngorms National Park Authority．Guiding my explorations into this strange new landscape was Nan Shepherd．Unlike the goal directed mindset of many mountaineers, she is not concerned with peaks or personal beats．Shepherd sees the mountain as a total environment and she celebrates the Cairngorms as a place alive with plants, rocks, animals and elements．Through her generous spirit and my own wanderings, I saw that rock climbing need not be a process of testing yourself against anything．Rather, the intensity of focus could release you into another way of being．
Spending so much time in high and stony places has changed my view on the world and our place in it．I have come into physical contact with processes that go way beyond the everyday．Working with gravity, geology, rhythms of weather and deep time, I gain an actual relationship with the earth．This connection lies at the heart of my passion for rock climbing．I return to the rocks because this is where I feel in touch with our land．

As far as Indonesian university student Tyas Sisianindita is concerned，spending about eight hours a day on her phone watching videos，chatting with friends or using social media is her routine．“I realize that my affection became an addiction，” she said，noting she checks her phone countless times from morning until night．She acknowledged straightforward that at night she could use her phone for up to five hours．In fact，Internet addiction is a growing social problem around the world．
Tyas goes to the University of Indonesia，where a team of students recently developed a device(装置) meant to fight phone addiction．The students spent three months creating the device，which can offer assistance to Internet users like Tyas to make them reduce the time they spend looking at their phones．
Inventor Irfan Budi Satria led the development team．The device is called “Nettox”，which combines the words “Internet” and “detox”．Equipped with a sensor(传感器) that measures hemoglobin(血红蛋白) oxygen levels and changes of the heart rate called HRV，the device is worn on the user's arm．
Studies have found that using a mobile phone for numerous hours can lower HRV levels．The Nettox device makes a sound when HRV and blood oxygen levels fall，which reminds wearers to stop using their phones．According to the American Psychological Association，for people between the ages of 18 and 25 like Tyas，HRV should stay above 60．In a recent test，Tyas' HRV reading was 44．
But HRV readings can be influenced by whether the user is a man or woman and what their body shape and health conditions are．So Irfan Budi Satria's team is working to improve Nettox's accuracy．The team aims to attain a patent(专利) for their invention when they crack this hard nut．Irfan says Nettox is for people subjectively trying to change their circumstances(状况)．“Our goal is to help people who make up their minds to reform themselves and free themselves from Internet addiction，” he said．“The key is that awareness is of vital importance，without which even the best device won't work．”
