Language points
1. Ms Lin, this is my classmate Simon. 林老师，这是我的同学西蒙。
(1) 句型“this is…”不仅可以用于介绍别人或展示事物，还可用来介绍自己。打电话自我介绍时可以说“Hello,this is…”(你好，我是……)
(2) 在介绍两个人互相认识时，通常遵循的顺序是先将男士介绍给女士，将晚辈介绍给长辈，将职位低者介绍给职位高者。
2. Sport helps me stay healthy and happy. 运动帮助我保持健康和愉悦。
(1) help sb. (to) do sth. 帮助某人做某事
e.g. Many people enjoy helping others solve problems.
许多人喜欢帮助他人解决问题。
拓展：a. help sb. with sth. 在某方面帮助某人
有时可与help sb. (to) do sth. 进行同义转换。
e.g. Mary often helps me with my homework.
玛丽经常帮助我做家庭作业。
b. help (to) do sth. 帮助做某事
e.g. Can you help clean the room 你能帮忙打扫房间吗？
stay healthy “保持健康”，相当于keep healthy。
(2) 句中的 stay 用作连系动词，后面加上 healthy、happy 一类的形容词，表示保持某种状态。
e.g. Please stay polite all the time.
请始终保持礼貌。
e.g. It is very important for us to keep/stay healthy.
保持健康对我们来说非常重要。
3. Oh, we have a football match with Class 2 at 4:30 this afternoon.
哦，今天下午4:30我们和二班有一场足球比赛。
match 在此做可数名词，表示“比赛”，它还有“火柴”的意思。其复数形式为“matches”。作为动词有“连线,匹配”的意思。
e.g. a box of matches一盒火柴

4. Good luck! 祝你好运！
luck 在此做不可数名词，表示“好运，幸运”，常用“Good luck.”来祝对方好运。形容词形式为“lucky”，表示“幸运的”。
e.g. have good/bad luck 运气好 / 坏
