Use your own words to introduce a New Year festival to a partner.
In China, the Spring Festival is the first day of the lunar year. People prepare delicious food, and clean and decorate their homes. On Chinese New Year’s Eve, the family all get together for a big dinner. They stay up till midnight, and then play fireworks and crackers for good luck. It's all about joy, togetherness, and welcoming a fresh start.
