3、能在相应的情景下使用There is/was/are/were....，
before，now，didn’t....等谈论和比较过去和现在的变
化，感受个人的变化和社会的进步；
4、能借助图片、音频、视频等资源完成相应练习；
5、学会讨论生活中发生的事情，能借助图片等信息完成文章的阅读。
本课时重点：1、运用动词短语go cycling，ice-skate，play
badminton等；
能根据图片、情景等提示，描述人物变化；
能在真实情境中准确运用所学语言谈论自己，家人和朋友的变化。
教学过程
Warming-up
1、Read and repeat: 复习上节课所学生词，让学生对人物的变
化进行描述，引出新词different，让学生通过图片感知意思。
2、通过图片对比，They are all different now.为下面的学习做好铺垫。
Presentation
Listen and circle：Chen Jie and John are visiting Mike’ home. What are they talking about Which grade was Mike in 让学生听音频，理解文本意思，并进行选择。
2. 让学生先观察图片，Look at Mike’s old photo. 让学生进行描述。
3. Watch and answer：Does Mike like pink now 听课文视频，
然后进行判断。
4. Listen and fill：How is Mike changing 听课文视频，然后
补充完整。
5. Read and fill：How is John changing 阅读课文，然后
补充完整。
