单元重点：1、学习描述物品的词汇：bike, clock, photo, water bottle, plant以及表示方位的词汇及短语：in front of, between, above, beside, behind等；
2、学会用There is /are ....详细介绍自己家的物品摆放；
3、能借助图片、音频、视频等资源完成相应练习；
4、学习字母组合ai, ay在单词中的发音规律，并能准确读出相应的单词，并完成相应的练习。
本课时重点：1、能够听、说、读、写5个家居物品类的词汇：bike, clock, photo, water bottle, plant；
2. 能够在语境中正确运用句型There is ...以及这5个词汇描述房间里的相应物品；
3. 能够准确完成“开火车问答”游戏。
教学过程
Warming-up
播放歌曲视频，让学生跟唱，并说出歌曲中的房间名称。
Presentation
呈现张鹏房间的图片，让学生看图说一说房间里面的物品。
观看课文视频后呈现物品的词汇，带领学生们学习，并引导她们用There is a ...进行描述。
Let’s say:让学生根据图片说一说，并巩固物品词汇的学习。
在图片描述的过程中，鼓励学生们根据图片的信息进行详细的描述，可以进行小组PK看看哪组说得多。
Practice
让学生跟读课文视频，并演一演。
Let’s try:呈现两个房间的图片，出示相应的句子，让学生以小组为单位说一说。
Let’s play: 完成句子接龙游戏。
Let’s talk
请学生来介绍自己的教室或者家里的物品摆放情况。
