教材简析 What 主题意义&主要内容 本节课选自人教 PEP 版英语五年级上册第一单元“What’s he like ”Part A。本课时是本单元的第 2 课时,主要学习对话部分。课时语篇 2 为learn词汇部分：通过Oliver和 Zhang Peng 简单的对话，介绍出学校老师的姓名和所教学科并引出本单元 A 部分关于人物年龄和性格特征的核心单词 How 文体结构&语言特点 learn部分语篇通过Oliver和 Zhang Peng 简单的对话，描述老师们的外貌和性格特征，引导学生学会尊重他人，客观的评价老师的性格特点，培养热爱老师的感情 Why 语篇意图&语篇价值 本课时的语篇以找描述人物及特点为线索展开的。有关询问人物姓名的语句有： “—Who’s your … –He /She is .. ..”询问人物特点的语句有：“--Is he/she … –Yes, he/she is./ No, he/she isn’t.” 对话的配图能够帮助学生理解对话含义，融入对话情景。在实际操作中引导学生结合所学到的形容词，联系生活实际，开展班级内“最美教师”的评选，综合所学知识进行迁移创新，解决实际生活中的问题。
教学目标 语言能力： 能在图片和文本语境的帮助下，听懂、会说、会认核心词汇和句型， 能运用所学句型词汇和句型进行简单问答科任老师的性格特征。 思维品质： 能快速认读和运用核心词汇kind, young, old, funny, strict； 能运用核心句型进行简单问答科任老师的性格特征 文化品格： 通过游戏和小组合作等活动，学会与他人合作学习的能力 2.了解英语的语言表达，体会不同的语言魅力，促进心智发展。 3. 激发学生对语音、拼写的兴趣，从而喜欢学英语. 学习能力： 1. 能在教师引导下，能听懂、会说、会认kind, young, old, funny, strict等， 2. 能在教师引导下，运用句子Who’s your ...teacher Is he/she ...
