定义
英语比较级用于对两个或多个事物进行比较,表示其中一个事物在某种性质或特征上比另一个事物更具有该性质或特征。
2.结构
(1)单音节形容词和部分双音节形容词,一般在词尾加 -er。如:tall(高的)→taller(更高的),short(矮的)→shorter(更矮的)。
(2)多音节形容词和部分双音节形容词,在前面加 more。如:beautiful(美丽的)→ more beautiful(更美丽的),interesting(有趣的)→more interesting(更有趣的)。
