物品+is/ are+名词所有格/名词性物主代词.
当物品为可数名词单数或不可数名词时，be动词用is；当物品为可数名词复数时，be 动词用are。
e.g. These rulers are mine. 这些直尺是我的。
当描述的物品在上文提到过或说话双方都知道时，可以用it或they来指代。
