Fried Rice with Eggs
It’s delicious and my dad always makes it for me.

Steps:
First, beat 2 eggs in a bowl, dice（切丁）the carrots and chop（切碎） the green onions.
Next, heat oil in a pan and pour half of the beaten eggs into the pan until cooked. Then, take the eggs out of the pan.
After that, add more oil into the pan. Put cooked rice into the pan and stir-fry it.
Then, pour another half of the beaten eggs into the pan, mix them with the rice.
Finally, add the carrots, cooked eggs and green onions into the pan. Stir-fry everything for one minute. Add some salt and take the rice out.
