1.appear意为“出现,呈现”, 尤指突然或不可预见地出现。
2.in the wall指某物完全在墙内;on the wall 指某物完全在墙的表面。

I have a hobby—reading. Reading takes me to different worlds and gives me a lot of knowledge.
One day, I saw my classmate Tom reading a book that I had just finished. We started chatting about it and discovered that we had similar thoughts and feelings about the story. That conversation was the beginning of our friendship. Since then, we have become good friends.
From this experience, I learned that sharing a hobby can bring people closer together and it also helps us learn from each other and discover new things. It's amazing how a common interest like reading can lead to such a wonderful friendship.
