Last winter, my family visited Sanya, Hainan. We stayed near Yalong Bay, a beach with soft white sand and clear blue water.
On the first day, I swam and collected seashells. My dad even helped me build a sandcastle, though the waves washed it away!
The highlight was snorkeling at Wuzhizhou Island. At first, I was scared to dive, but the instructor encouraged me. When I saw colorful fish and coral reefs underwater, I felt so proud!
On our last day, we ate fresh seafood by the beach and watched the sunset. The sky turned orange, and the food tasted amazing. This trip taught me that trying new things brings joy. I’ll never forget Sanya’s beauty!
