there be句型的用法
There is / are+某人/某物＋某地结构表示某地有某人或某物。在这一结构中，there起到先行主语的作用，没有具体的词义。谓语动词be后的名词或名词短语是真正的主语，谓语动词的单复数形式需与主语保持一致。例如:
There is a computer in my room.
我的房间里有一台电脑。
There are 20 desks in our classroom.
我们教室里有20张桌子。
Grammar points
在there be句型中，如果有并列主语，往往根据第一个主语的单复数来确定谓语动词be的形式。例如:
There is a pen and two books on the desk.
桌子上有一支钢笔和两本书。
There are two chairs and a bed in my bedroom.
我的卧室里有两把椅子和一张床。
There be 句型的就近原则
如果要表达某地没有某物或某人，或者询问什么地方是否有某物或某人时，就要用到 there be句型的否定和疑问形式。在 there be句型中，从句法结构上讲 there为主语，所以其疑问形式是将be提至 there之前，构成is there / are there的句式，而否定形式是在be后面加not(可以缩写)。
