教学目标
通过本课时的学习,学生能够: 1 借助图文,初步了解三条中国谚语的含义,理解其传达的学习特性及重要性等内容; 2 获取和梳理两名同学关于促成有效学习的重要因素的观点,提取和归纳询问、描述促成有效学习的重要因素的词汇和语言表达; 3 运用相关词汇和语言表达,与同伴交流自己关于促成有效学习的重要因素的思考和感受,初步感知学习方法的重要性; 4 思考“如何有效学习”的问题,了解单元主题和单元学习目标。
教学内容
教学重点: 1. 根据图片和文字,帮助学生初步了解三条关于学习的谚语的含义。 2. 借助音频和对话,帮助学生获取和梳理促成有效学习的重要因素,提取和归纳询问、描述促成有效学习的重要因素的核心语言。 3. 帮助学生知晓单元主题与学习目标。 教学难点: 1. 结合学生的知识经验,引导学生谈论自己关于促成有效学习重要因素的想法并表达情感。 2. 引导学生初步感知学习的重要性,思考有效学习的方法,激发主动学习的兴趣。
教学过程
1. Lead-in Show students the picture on page 34 and have them answer the following questions. (1)What can you see in the picture (2)Where can you see these things (3)What can you do with them 2. Look and think Show students the three pictures on page 35 and have them describe the pictures. 3. Read and think Explain the meaning of a saying and have students read the sayings under the pictures aloud. Have students match the sayings with the correct meanings and then check the answers. 4. Brainstorming Ask students if they know other sayings about learning. 5. Listen and think Have students listen to the conversation on page 35 and answer the following question. What are they talking about 6. Read and think Have students read the conversation after the tape and answer the following question. What do the students think is the most important thing for successful learning 7. Think and share Have students work in groups and talk about the most important thing for successful learning according to the given structure. Then ask some students to show their conversation to the class. 8. Unit overview
